Firstly, wrap the chain of lights around the individual pieces of wood on the driftwood fir tree and fix them in place with a little hot glue. Glue the battery compartment into the upper lace of the driftwood fir tree using the hot glue gun. Make sure that the batteries can be easily replaced later.
You will need white and black craft cardboard sheets for the stars. Print out the template, cut out the stars and transfer them to the craft cardboard sheet using a pencil. Cut out the stars. You can punch out more stars using the "Stars" craft punch.
