To wrap the Pompoms
With a Pompon maker the winding of Pompoms is effortless. It consists of two template parts which are clicked on each other. Starting from the middle of the stencil, first one half and then the second half of the stencil is wrapped with wool. Then both halves are closed to a ring. The wound wool is cut open along the outside of the ring, a Ribbon is pulled through between the two pompon halves, tied tightly together, so that the cut wool threads are securely fixed
The finished pompon is finally "coiffed" into a form with scissors. The Pompon maker is delivered with descriptive step by step photos on the product packaging.
Tinker bunnies
Each bunny consists of a pompon Ø 9 cm large (body) and Ø 7 cm (head). For the ears simply small lenticular forms made of felt blades. Eyes and noses consist of small beads. The cute shoe prints are also made from Felt . All parts simply with hot glue together. Finally a mini pompom can be glued on as a stub tail.
Small carrots
The basis for the carrot is a wooden top for school bags. This approx. 5.5 cm long form is painted orange. For the carrot green from Felt (light and dark green) cut two strips of about 12 x 3.5 cm. Cut an irregular serrated shape into each of the felt strips. Roll both strips together and glue them to the bottom of the wooden carrot. If necessary, trim the "carrot green" with scissors.
Tray as Meadow
Line the bottom of the tray with Felt To do this, cut the Felt roughly in the shape of the tray, place it in the tray and trim the edges with a sharp scalpel or scissors. Finally, using double-sided Adhesive tape , attach the Felt ribbon "lawn" to the bottom outer edge of the wooden tray.
