A little colour, Napkin technique and a few accessories..
First of all the decoration boat "Küstennebel" will be equipped with white Handicraft paint primed. Trace the boat edge with blue paint.
Three tea light glasses are decorated with napkin motifs: Cut out the motif of an anchor and blue stripes, stick them on Napkin glue Put a strip of double-sided Adhesive tape on each of the glasses and wrap them around the Ribbon decorative Jute ribbon.
Finally,decorate the boat with a mini lifebelt or a hanging fish, place small LED tea lights in the glasses and then put them in the boat.
