Row 7 - 8 = Horizontal rib knotsRow 9 - 10 = Diagonal rib knotsRow 11 - 13 = Cross knotFinally, leave the ribbons as long as you like and cut the ends as you like if necessary. Tie a knot at the end of the ribbons.
Now repeat the above process for the second macramé piece.
After knotting the two macramé pieces, sew the runner. Adjust the length to your table and the width of the macramé pieces. Measure both and transfer the measurements to your
cotton fabric. Cut the runner with a
seam allowance of approx. 1.5 cm all around. Fold the edges over first by approx. 0.5 cm and then the remaining 1 cm. Topstitch all around the table runner.
Pin both macramé pieces to the ends of the table runner with the initial loops and sew over them.
